- Earn on every order. When someone orders through your link, their memories are digitized by hand in our own studio, and you earn a commission. Watch your referrals and earnings add up in your dashboard.
What you earn
5% to 10% of the net value of every order you refer.
Net order value is the price of the conversion work itself, after any coupon or discount. It does not include sales tax, return shipping, or the cost of physical media such as flash drives, DVDs, or Blu-ray discs.
You are paid monthly, and you choose how: cash by PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or check, or take it as Legacy Digital credit at a bonus rate and put it toward converting your own memories.

Does it cost anything to join?
No. It is free, with nothing to buy.
Do I have to be a customer first?
No, though many of our best Ambassadors are past clients who already know the work. If you are a current customer, joining takes seconds because we already have your details.
Who can I refer?
Friends, family, coworkers, neighbors, clubs, and groups. Anyone with memories to preserve. You cannot earn on your own orders, but you are always welcome to convert your own memories too.
How and when do I get paid?
Monthly, once your earnings clear a small minimum, by PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or check, or as bonus Legacy Digital credit. Commissions are confirmed after each order's satisfaction window passes.
What about taxes?
Referral earnings are income. If you earn more than the IRS reporting threshold in a calendar year, we will collect a quick W-9 so we can issue your 1099, the same as any referral program. Full details are in the Ambassador terms you accept when you join.
