Is there a film or VHS transfer service near me?
If you are in Southern California, yes: our studio is in Orange, in Orange County, California, and qualified orders get free pickup and delivery. Anywhere else in the US, ship to us with tracking or order a Safe Shipping Kit, and we send everything back when it is done.
Are you in Orange County, New York?
No. We are in Orange County, California, at 202 W Lincoln Ave in the city of Orange. Customers anywhere in the US ship their media to us.
Who qualifies for free pickup and delivery?
Orders in Southern California that meet certain requirements, when we can find a time that works for both of us. Every order is different, so call (888) 405-2685 and we will tell you right away whether yours qualifies.
Who will pick up my media?
Often Scott Foster, our founder, comes out himself. He will meet you at your home or office, go over what you have, and take it back to our studio in Orange.
What if my order does not qualify for pickup?
Drop it off at our studio in Orange, Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4PM, or ship it to us. Evenings and weekends are available by appointment.
Do you deliver my originals back too?
For qualified local orders, yes: we bring back your originals together with your digital files. Otherwise you can pick up at the studio, or we ship them back.
Should I count everything before you come?
A rough count is fine. Build a free estimate first if you like, and we count every item when it reaches the studio.
