Scott and Legacy Digital did an amazing job of converting 4,000+ feet of 1960's 8mm film on 45+ separate reels to Blu-ray DVD and an external hard drive. I'm only part of the way through the first of 3 DVD's and just what I've seen already is worth more than what I paid. I researched digital conversion services thoroughly before deciding to use Legacy Digital and they exceeded my high expectations. Great communication throughout the process with no surprises (other than how amazing these movies that I haven't seen in 40 years turned out). Thanks!

I just has an old VHS of our ship's decommissioning given to me and I had no idea what to do with it. Legacy took care of that (DVD and MP4) and were very friendly and professional. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Fantastic quality, service, and price. My old family 8 mm movies that were transferred look great. Some of them are from the 50s. I ordered Blu-rays and simply provided an external hard drive for computer files that can be copied and edited. With the files its easy to capture stills and snippets of a moment in time. Some of the other transfer companies don't provide editable computer files. Highly recommended.

The team at Legacy Digital Productions not only converted our old family films to digital media, but they also returned the film reels to us in better condition than when they were provided to them. Some of our film was brittle and breaking. They actually reconditioned the film so I think the originals will last even longer. But we don't need them because the picture quality from the transfers are amazing. Thank you so much for helping persevere these precious memories.

Excellent service and price - would strongly recommend. Converted almost 1500 slides to digital and they not only did the job quickly but did excellent work.

Legacy Digital did a fabulous job of getting our old family films and slides on dvd for my parents' anniversary. The quality was amazing and my parents were so surprised. Scott was so helpful picking up and delivering our order saving us time and gas money and keeping our fAmily treasures safe from the mail. I definitely would recommend them to anyone and in fact am calling them again to do all of our vhs tapes and camcorder tapes next.

I worked with Scott at Legacy Productions in Irvine to transfer 10 reels of old home movies without sound (8 MM reels). Years ago I picked up one of their flyers at an exhibit booth at the Orange County Fair. Now that I was ready to get these put on digital for my computer, I found this old flyer. That is amazing in itself (that I still had it). I checked out the company online and found they still exist and I particularly liked the process they use (not projecting on a screen and recording it again which might lose quality, like so many of the companies do). They turned out great on a flash drive which I provided. I saved them on my computer, then directly imported them into iMovie on my MAC and I added my own music and created finished movies. I had a great time picking out just the right music for them and adding titles, etc. I can't thank Scott enough for his patience answering my questions to help me along getting them copied onto my end. It took about 5 or 6 weeks in my case to receive them. I would recommend them to everyone. They are a reputable company.

The need to preserve them and to be able to easily share them with other family members. After researching several [alleged] companies, Legacy Digital was the only one whom I was convinced would take the best possible care with my irreplaceable films. Absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! They delivered on every promise they made and the results were better than I dared hope.

Scott and his team at Legacy Digital did an amazing job with my 45 year old 8mm films. After they clean the film they scan each frame and adjust for brightness and contrast. The film never runs through a projector. I ordered a Bluray and as files on a hard drive. I am a video editor by trade. I work on high end movie trailers and TV commercials. I know quality and professionalism and Legacy Digital has both.

Highly recommend Legacy Digital Productions, they were very good at follow up and communication regarding our order. Everything was processed and shipped promptly. Blank areas on the VHS tapes were edited out, a service not done by many digital transfer companies. A friend who is very tech knowledgeable was impressed by the quality of the files created and stored on the thumb drive. A special thanks to Scott for always being reliable and available to answer any questions. All 26 reels I sent in were completed and sent back, within the time frame that we discussed before starting. The quality of the finished product is impressive, I am very happy with how everything turned out. All of the reels were returned cleaned and carefully packaged.

Families going through "treasures" when moving can be a huge undertaking, and ours was no exception. Upon finding some 8mm of my wife's grandparents, Legacy Digital did an outstanding job of saving these "treasures!" The quality was unbelievable, and the difference between "C***co vs. Legacy was clearly defined, and most importantly, substantiated! Legacy Digital transferred my entire collection of family 8mm films, 4000+ feet on 60+ reels to HD video on an external hard drive. Scott and his staff were responsive throughout the entire process from providing me with an estimate, letting me know when they received my films (I'm on the east coast), and when the job was completed. The final product was amazing! Additionally, all of the films were returned on their original reels. The price of Legacy Digital was well worth it. My entire family wants to thank you for bringing the reel to reels back to life on DVD. Although the tapes were old, the color and content were of the highest quality. Many family members lost photos in the California fires, so you can imagine the joy when they saw themselves on DVD.
