After researching several [alleged] companies, Legacy Digital was the only one whom I was convinced would take the best possible care with my irreplaceable films.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! They delivered on every promise they made and the results were better than I dared hope.

Fantastic quality, service, and price. My old family 8 mm movies that were transferred look great. Some of them are from the 50s. I ordered Blu-rays and simply provided an external hard drive for computer files that can be copied and edited. With the files its easy to capture stills and snippets of a moment in time. Some of the other transfer companies don’t provide editable computer files.

I just got my latest film transfers back from Legacy Digital, and I had to say WOW. I am totally amazed.

I received some old 16mm films from my brother in law, that belonged to his Dad, and they were stored in the garage, some of them outside of a film can, some dusty and dirty. They are old WWII news reals, and other films. The edges were curing, and some of them smelled like vinegar, and I wasn’t sure if they would be able to be transferred, so I called Scott at Legacy Digital to come take a look and see what he could do.

They had done a great job on my super 8 films, and so I thought I would give it a try. He looked at them and said that they should be able to copy them. When I got them back, I was totally amazed. They were very clean and clear, one even had sound, which was a surprise to me, and some of them were also in color from back in the 40s.

I am extremely happy with the work that was done, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They come and pick up the files, and then deliver them, so you don’t have to worry about them getting lost in the mail, and the quality is amazing. I requested 1080P frame by frame scans with a digital copy saved on an external hard disk.

Scott and Legacy Digital did an amazing job of converting 4,000+ feet of 1960’s 8mm film on 45+ separate reels to Blu-ray DVD and an external hard drive. I’m only part of the way through the first of 3 DVD’s and just what I’ve seen already is worth more than what I paid. I researched digital conversion services thoroughly before deciding to use Legacy Digital and they exceeded my high expectations. Fantastic job of X-ferring my old 8mm and Super 8 sound reels. Picture quality was greatly improved with the right amount of color, light, and darkness. Just a beautiful job and it’s like visiting my family once again.

Legacy Digital did a fabulous job of getting our old family films and slides on dvd for my parents’ anniversary. The quality was amazing and my parents were so surprised. Scott was so helpful picking up and delivering our order saving us time and gas money and keeping our fAmily treasures safe from the mail. I definitely would recommend them to anyone and in fact am calling them again to do all of our vhs tapes and camcorder tapes next.

The team at Legacy Digital Productions not only converted our old family films to digital media, but they also returned the film reels to us in better condition than when they were provided to them. Some of our film was brittle and breaking. They actually reconditioned the film so I think the originals will last even longer. But we don’t need them because the picture quality from the transfers are amazing. Thank you so much for helping persevere these precious memories.
